Standard White Glove – Home Delivery

Our standard white glove in home delivery will include a pre-scheduled delivery day, generally Mon – Friday. You will be called to schedule this delivery date once the product arrives in your local market. Please allow approximately 4 – 6 weeks from the time of placing your order until arrival in your area.

Prior to your delivery we will inspect and prepare the product at our local Retail Service Center near your home and carefully blanket wrap your order for transportation to your home. A standard delivery will include delivery into your home, careful placement into your room of choice, complete assembly and removal of all debris and packaging materials.

In-home delivery is provided only to the 48 contiguous United States. Standard delivery includes carrying for up to two flights of stairs, and or access by elevator. Standard delivery does not include removal of doors or railings for access. Standard delivery charges do not include delivery to islands or remote sites requiring ferry service, these require a special quote. All orders will ship complete unless otherwise noted and must be scheduled for delivery within 7 days of arrival into your local market. Cancelled delivery appointments without notice may result in additional charges.

Helpful Tips

  • Please notify the shipping department of any restrictions and or time limits in your development or condo and of any special delivery limitations when you schedule your delivery appointment.
  • Please ensure that the room and area for your new furniture is clear and open as we cannot move existing furniture for liability reasons.
  • We cannot move, install or hook up TV’s and electronic components.
  • We cannot hang mirrors or pictures.
  • Please check all your dimensions of doors, rooms, and hallways to ensure that your home will accommodate large or oversized items. We cannot be responsible for “no-fits”, and your purchase is not returnable under these circumstances.
  • Please inspect your new furniture carefully while our delivery team is still at your home. Please note any exceptions or issues on your delivery copy and call our customer service department with any issues before the delivery team leaves your residence. We cannot be responsible for unreported damages or issues that are not identified and reported at the time of delivery.
